Common faults and troubleshooting methods when using moon cake forming machine:
1. The temperature of the hydraulic oil of the moon cake forming machine is too high
Causes and troubleshooting:
(1) The ambient temperature is too high or long-term continuous operation. It should be operated in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual.
(2) The system often works under high pressure, and the overflow valve is frequently opened.
(3) The setting pressure of flood reading is too high. Check whether the set pressure is normal
(4) There is friction inside the hydraulic pump of the moon cake forming machine.
(5) Improper selection or deterioration of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil with suitable viscosity should be selected according to the requirements in the manual.
(6) If the amount of hydraulic oil is insufficient, add oil to the specified oil level.
2. The action of the boom hydraulic cylinder is unstable and creeping
Causes and troubleshooting:
(1) The hydraulic pump of the moon cake forming machine sucks in air or there is an air leak in the low pressure pipeline of the system. Exclusion of suction air from the hydraulic pump of the moon cake forming machine can be explained.
(2) The connecting shaft pin of the rod end or cylinder bottom of the boom hydraulic cylinder is loose due to wear, and the shaft pin can be checked and replaced
(3) A one-way throttling system is installed on the boom oil circuit. The one-way valve of the anti-one-way throttling valve is not tightly closed. When the throttling port is blocked, it can be opened for repair and cleaning.
The troubleshooting method is to disassemble the single-cell diverter valve: check the fit between the main spool and the valve body. See if there is any scratches, repair and replace as appropriate. Check the main spool spring, because the axis lines of the main spool spring are not collinear, which will produce non-oil force on the main spool, which will jam the earth spool. Check that the pressure equalizing ring groove of the main spool is filled with dirt.
