The working principle of a wafer roll machine involves a series of steps to produce cylindrical or tube-shaped wafer rolls. Here's a general overview of the working principle:
Batter preparation: The machine is equipped with a batter mixing system where the wafer batter is prepared. The batter typically contains ingredients like flour, sugar, eggs, fats, and flavorings. The batter is mixed thoroughly to achieve a smooth and consistent texture.
Heating and forming the wafer sheets: The batter is then poured onto preheated wafer plates or molds. These plates are designed to have the desired shape and size of the wafer rolls. The batter spreads out evenly on the heated plates and undergoes baking or cooking to solidify and form the wafer sheets. The cooking time and temperature are controlled to ensure proper baking and crispness of the wafer sheets.
Removal of wafer sheets: Once the wafer sheets are cooked and have obtained the desired texture, they are released from the heated plates or molds. The machine employs various mechanisms such as pneumatic or mechanical systems to facilitate the easy removal of the wafer sheets without causing any damage.
Rolling and shaping: The wafer sheets are then transferred to a rolling mechanism. This mechanism consists of two cylindrical or cone-shaped rollers, which are designed to form the cylindrical or tube-shaped wafer rolls.
