How to maintain the nitrogen generator

1. Turn off all power switches, including nitrogen generator, nitrogen inlet valve and sampling valve, and wait for the system and pipeline to be completely depressurized. Adjust the sampling pressure of the nitrogen flowmeter to about 1.0 bar and the oxygen flowmeter to 1.0 bar.
2. When the compressed air pressure reaches above 0.7MPa, the shut-off valve of the nitrogen generator can only be opened. At the same time, pay attention to the pressure change of the adsorption tank and whether the pneumatic valve can work normally.
3. The pressure of the regeneration tower is zero. When the pressure is uniform, the pressure of the two towers should be close to the original working tower.
4. Close the entire system and all parts of the system. When the pressure of the adsorption tank of the nitrogen generator reaches about 0.6MPa, observe whether the nitrogen generator system is working normally.
